Unfortunately, we do not accept single passenger bookings in advance and we do not have a waitlist. You are welcome to check the day prior to travel after 4pm if there is any single seat availability by calling 07 4969 9599 or sending an email to fly@hamiltonislandair.com

Please note:

• Hamilton Island Air provides transfers by helicopter and aeroplane to and from Whitsunday Resort Destinations.
• Maximum allowable luggage is one medium suitcase weighing up to 20kg and one standard carry-on item weighing up to 10kg per person.
• Maximum body weight allowable is 130kg.
• Please be aware of our cancellation policy before booking.
• From 1 April 2026, a 10% Sunday and Queensland Public Holiday surcharge applies to all Hamilton Island Air services. The surcharge amount will be displayed as a separate line item during the booking process, in addition to the base fare.
